It was a great weekend! Friday I picked up Grayson and we headed to the grocery store to grab a few things. We went to the store that has  little carts that are just his size and that boy does a great job of pushing his own cart. It was just such a sweet experience with him. We got all the things we need to make his treat for his party this week at school and then we headed over and got baby doughnuts and smoothie for dinner. We relaxed Friday night and since Michael had a mandatory driving class and didn't have to be to work until 9 the next working we got to stay up a little later together and watch a movie. Saturday we woke up as a family and had breakfast together. Michael headed out to work. Grayson and I watched the snow out the window and then Aunt Halli came over to see Grayson and drop off a few outfits for the twins. January was my try and breath month. I didn't make goals we had a ton going on so I just let it slide. We got a ton accomplished. Nursery cleaned out, and a two cribs set up. Now it's February and at the end of this month I will be in my 3rd trimester and all the advice says have it all together by the 3rd trimester so a goals list was just what I needed. 1) Make Michael Valentine's day dinner. We usually go every other year with making dinner. Last year he made me steaks and so this year it's my turn. He gets to pick anything he wants and I cook it for him. I'm excited because he usually picks something new! 2) Organize bathroom. I need this to be super functional and adding 2 babies to the family means a ton more towels and that giant baby tub is coming back into our lives. I have been working on a shelf a day and just need to get this finished up this month 3) Finish all the shopping for the twins. We still have some things to buy, even though our family ...

Friday at 3:30 could not come fast enough. I had just had  along week and was ready to not have to get up at 5:00 the next day. I scooped up my nugget from school and we went to get baby donuts. His new thing is to eat them out of the box they come in and I have to say I'm surprised at how good he is about eating 3 and then giving me the box. Plus he requested a smoothing for dinner so I got him one while we were there. I went home and just relaxed. Michael and I had the best dinner. He made cheese quesadillas and then cooked two eggs over easy and put them on top. It was wonderful and even though it was a last minute idea it is going in rotation. Saturday ahhhh my day to sleep in except Grayson was up at 5:15 because he was hungry and had to go potty so down stairs we went he ate a bowl of lucky charms while I had some honey nut chex and then I fell asleep on the couch while he watched Frozen on the iPad. No pictures this week I forgot to take it before I left for work and we have not mirror that can fit my big self all in one shot!  How far along?  23 weeks Total weight gain:  No clue I have an appointment next week Maternity clothes?  Yes maternity clothes with some regular tank tops mixed in I always wear one under my brace and I love the Mossimo ones from Target but even the Larges are getting too short I may have to move up the XL just for length Stretch marks?  No new ones. Using lotion twice a day morning and night. I might be making the switch to coconut oil too. Sleep:  Off and on. I had a few bouts of insomnia this weekend and then the next day I was so dog tired it was awful. Plus if Grayson gets me up in the middle of the night to go potty (which yes!! We love that!) For once it was not my hometown getting hit with all the snow. I feel for the other places that got nailed with all that snow however I think it's funny that they shut down the and everyone stays home. In Buffalo, NY it's just another day and we still make it to work. I guess that just shows the difference in an area. Anyway onto the weekend. Friday was low key. I could feel myself coming down with a head cold. Grayson had a stuffy nose and I knew it was a matter of time until I got the same thing since we kiss a lot ha! Snapped this right before I jumped in the shower last night and note to self that shirt is almost too short ha! How far along?  22 weeks Total weight gain:  I’m up some absurd amount that my doctor is not concerned about details at the bottom Maternity clothes?  Yes maternity clothes with some regular tops still mixed in barely they are not becoming too short! So I talked to my doctor about the pelvic pain and he said that since I had a previous c-section that it was the scar tissue from that stretching and that Tylenol would help and a luke warm bath so I will start trying those Best moment this week : Finding out we are having a little boy and a little girl. Around Thanksgiving time my sweet boy got croup. It was awful. Think fever, barking cough, runny nose and eyes and sleepless nights. We took him to the doctor and they told us it was at the tail end of it and that they wanted it to run it's course on it's own. Fine I hate putting him on medicine if we don't have to. But the cough never really went away if he got to coughing it was still barky but it was so rare I didn't pay much attention to it. Fast forward to New Years Eve and he is running around with his cousins and he starts wheezing and having the barking cough. Once he calmed down he was fine. We decided to see how he did during the night and he was fine, well the next night he was awful. As in woke up at 5 in the morning and couldn't catch his breath he was wheezing so hard. It was of course a sunday so I took him to Urgent Care and he got put on a steriod. Then on Wednesday he wasn't better at all so I took him to his primary doctor and the...
